The problem
When I joined the project, the website felt cluttered and unclear. Car prices were hidden behind a financing simulation, which made the experience slow and unintuitive. The value proposition of a car subscription was not obvious, the premium nature of the product was not reflected in the interface, and there was no direct online checkout flow.
The solution
I redesigned the page with a more premium visual direction and made pricing visible from the start, supported by clearer messaging around the product's benefits and purchase flow. A direct online checkout was not possible at the time for operational reasons, but even with only part of the site's traffic reaching the new version, the redesign increased purchase-intent clicks on the main CTA by roughly 350% to 400%.
